| Ingredients |

1/2 lb. beef
1 lb. broccoli
1 piece ginger, crushed
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 cup water |
| Seasoning - Mix in a bowl |
|
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Dash of pepper
1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
1 Tbsp. Cooking Sherry
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt |
| Instructions |

Slice beef very thin. Soak meat in
seasoning for 10 minutes or more. Cut broccoli
into 2 inch lengths and parboil. Heat oil in pan and brown ginger
and garlic slightly. Add beef and stir fry until medium
rare. Add broccoli and water and bring to a boil, stirring
constantly. Do not overcook. Serve Hot |
