Ono Taro Leaves Recipe
Aloha!  Delicious Taro Leaves Laulau - Easy Recipes from Busy Bees Hawaii.  ENJOY!
Ingredients
5 lbs. Taro Leaves

1 medium round onion, minced

1 can coconut milk

1 Tbsp. Hawaiian Salt

1 Tbsp. ginger, minced

1 Tbsp. garlic, minced

 

Instructions

Clean and prepare taro leaves, remove hard part of stem.  Cut them into 2-inch pieces.  In a large pot, combine all above ingredients.  Bring to a boil and simmer on medium-low for 2 hours until leaves are tender.
